حقائق سريعة: تسلق منحدر صخري مغطى بالنباتات الخضراء وستكافأ بمناظر بانورامية شاملة على النهر وقطع من الأسطح المُبلطة، ضوء الساعة الذهبية يحول التماثيل والقباب إلى ظلال نحاسية. حصن حجري يتربع على القمة، مع مواقع مدافع قديمة ومسارات ضيقة تؤطر نقاط مراقبة هادئة وأصداء حربية مفاجئة وسط مناطق التنزه والأزهار البرية.
النقاط البارزة: حصن بناه الهابسبورغ عام 1854 يقع على القمة، حيث لا تزال مواقع المدافع والجدران الحجرية المنخفضة تظهر علامات شظايا سوداء من الحرب العالمية الثانية، بحيث يمكنك الانحناء بجوار الفتحات الصدئة وكأنك تسمع المدينة أدناه. عند الغسق، يصعد الأزواج المحليون والطلاب لمشاهدة الشمس تغلف النهر وأنوار المدينة، ثم يتركون تذكارات صغيرة وملاحظات موضوعة في الشقوق كأقراص زمنية غير رسمية، تقليد غريب أحيانًا يملأ الشقوق بتذاكر حفلات أو أغلفة حلوى.

- Take bus 27 or the M2 metro to Gellért tér to save energy on the ascent.
