حقائق سريعة: منحوت بالكامل من الرخام الأبيض النقي المستخرج من ولاية راجستان، يتوهج المعبد بشكل أثيري في الليل تحت الإضاءة الهادئة. أكثر من 200 حرفي ماهر استغرقوا قرابة عقد من الزمان لإكمال هذه التحفة المعمارية الواقعة على قمة تلة تطل على بحيرتي بوبال الشهيرتين.

النقاط البارزة: ادخل إلى الداخل وانظر للأعلى: السقف بأكمله يروي قصصاً من الكتب المقدسة الهندوسية من خلال شبكات رخامية معقدة ترشح ضوء الشمس إلى أنماط متغيرة. لوح رخامي ضخم واحد بطول 30 قدماً يشكل سقف المقدس، تم نقله إلى أعلى التلة باستخدام طريق مخصص بني خصيصاً لهذا الغرض.

Skip the crowded weekends and aim for a Tuesday or Thursday morning for a peaceful experience with fewer visitors.
The best photo spot is from the steps leading up to the main entrance, capturing the temple against the lake backdrop below.
Remove shoes before entering the temple premises there are free shoe-keeping counters right at the entrance gate.
Evening aarti draws large crowds, so arrive 20 minutes early to secure a good viewing spot near the main sanctum.
