حقائق سريعة: يمتد المسار الساحلي الدائري الذي يبلغ طوله 12 كيلومترًا حول الجزيرة حيث قضى جوزيبي غاريبالدي سنواته الأخيرة، وما زال منزله الأبيض البسيط مرئيًا من الممر. تصطف على طول الشاطئ صخور جرانيتية بحجم السيارات، نحتتها الرياح بأشكال تتغير مع كل عاصفة.

النقاط البارزة: انظر عن كثب إلى التكوينات الجرانيتية قرب الجانب الشرقي وستلاحظ أحواضًا طبيعية نحتتها رذاذ الملح، وبعضها يحمل مياه بحر تتلألأ مثل الفيروز السائل. يطلق الصيادون المحليون على هذه الأحواض اسم أحواض العملاق، وفي الأيام الهادئة يعكس الماء السماء بدقة تجعل من المستحيل أن تميز أين ينتهي الصخر وأين تبدأ الغيوم.

  • Wear sturdy shoes: the granite sections get polished smooth by wind and can be slippery near the water.
  • The only drinking water tap is at the Garibaldi museum entrance, so carry at least 1.5 liters per person.
  • Bring a swimsuit and towel, some of the most swimmable coves like Cala Portese are mid-trail with zero crowds.
