حقائق سريعة: رحلة العبّارة التي تستغرق 4 ساعات من كاغوشيما إلى ياكوشيما تعبر مضيق كوشيكي الهائج، حيث تُشاهد الحيتان العنبرية والدلافين وهي تقفز فوق سطح الماء قرب السفينة بشكل متكرر. في كل عام، يقوم أكثر من 300,000 مسافر بهذه الرحلة للوصول إلى الجزيرة المدرجة على قائمة اليونسكو والمعروفة بأشجار الأرز التي يبلغ عمرها 7,200 عام.

The upper deck observation area is free and open to all passengers, arrive 30 minutes early to claim a railing spot.
