حقائق سريعة: في مجمع صغير من القاعات الحجرية اجتمع ما يصل إلى 300 مندوب من 47 مدينة مختلفة في صيف 1878 لوضع خطط لتقرير المصير الألباني. عملت المباني أولاً كمدرسة دينية، وقاعات الاجتماعات الأصلية ما زالت محفوظة تماماً كما كانت حينها.

- Stand still for a minute in the courtyard and listen, the acoustics in the old halls are surprisingly good.
- Wear comfortable shoes, the smooth stone steps leading to the meeting room require good footing.
- Ask the staff about the original telegrams, the handwriting is easiest to read in the morning light.
- Combine the visit with a walk across the old bridge nearby for the best viewpoints of the facade.
