حقائق سريعة: تمتد ست قرى خشبية باقية على ركائز فوق الماء على طول بينغكالان ويلد، وتعود جذور كل مجتمع منها إلى عشيرة صينية مختلفة من القرن التاسع عشر. لا يزال ما يقرب من 5000 شخص يعيشون في هذه الأرصفة، مما يجعلها واحدة من آخر القرى المائية الحية في بينانغ.
