حقائق سريعة: يمتد هذا الهلال الرملي على مسافة تقارب 4 كيلومترات على طول بحر عمان، ويجذب آلاف المتنزهين في عطلات نهاية الأسبوع ومحبي التجول عند غروب الشمس. ثلاثة أقسام متميزة تقدم تجارب مختلفة: منطقة مركزية حيوية مع عربات الطعام ومناطق اللعب، بالإضافة إلى طرفي شرقي وغربي أكثر هدوءاً للمشي الهادئ.

- The Eastern end (near the Crowne Plaza) is less crowded and has better shelling after low tide.
- Wear water shoes in the swimming areas, as the sand transition to rocky patches can be sharp.
- Bring binoculars November through March to spot migratory birds like flamingos and herons at the lagoon area.
