حقائق سريعة: يمتد هذا الشاطئ الحضري لأكثر من 3 كيلومترات على طول ساحل لاس بالماس، وهو في الواقع محمية بحرية محمية بفضل حاجز الشعاب المرجانية الطبيعي offshore. تم استيراد الرمال الذهبية من الصحراء الكبرى في السبعينيات بعد أن جرفت العواصف الشاطئ الأصلي.

- Water shoes are a good idea at low tide when the volcanic reef becomes exposed and can be sharp on bare feet.
- Skip the restaurants right on the sand and walk one block inland for better value and authentic Canarian cuisine.
- Arrive before 10 AM on weekends if you want a good spot without the crowds.
