حقائق سريعة: Two giant dragon trees, each over 300 years old, anchor the park's main plaza. More than 80 species of tropical and subtropical plants thrive here, creating a dense urban oasis.

The best spot is near the old wooden bandstand, where the raised stone benches offer front-row views of couples spinning to live conga drums.

- Enter through the side gate on Calle Buenos Aires to avoid the crowds at the main entrance and discover a quieter shaded corner with stone benches.
- The small cactus garden near the eastern edge has a hidden bench that faces the dragon trees, perfect for early morning photos without people in the frame.
- Bring a book or sketchpad on weekday afternoons, the benches around the central fountain are surprisingly quiet between 2pm and 5pm.
- Skip the playground area if you're not traveling with kids, the real charm is in the northern garden wing with its winding paths and hidden statues.
