Datos rápidos: La Plaza Carpaccio es el punto central de la ciudad vieja de Koper, donde domina el imponente Palacio Pretoriano del siglo XV. Cada martes y jueves por la mañana, la plaza se transforma en un animado mercado con productos locales y pescado fresco.
Destacados: La plaza alberga uno de los pocos relojes medievales que aún funcionan con mecanismo manual, ajustado todavía por un relojero local. Bajo los arcos de piedra, se escucha el eco de los pasos de los transeúntes mezclado con el canto de los pájaros que anidan en los nichos del palacio.
