Datos rápidos: Al recorrer pasillos de teca y patios sombreados se percibe el aroma cálido de la madera y la intimidad de salas repletas de detalles. Más de mil objetos entre sedas, muebles y arte asiático convierten cada habitación en una sorpresa visual que refleja la pasión de su coleccionista.
Destacados: Seis casas tradicionales de teca, desmontadas y recombinadas pieza por pieza, forman un laberinto de pasillos sobre estanques con koi; al pisar las tablas se oye un crujido antiguo y llega un olor a madera pulida y sutil incienso. El coleccionista que vivió allí impulsó la industria local de la seda y aún se pueden ver talleres y telas iridiscentes, además su misteriosa desaparición en 1967 sigue siendo uno de los relatos que los guías cuentan en voz baja.
