Destacados: Imagínate pasillos donde el aire pesa a azafrán, comino y pétalos de rosa, con montones de especias apilados en sacos que a veces llegan a 1,5 metros de altura, mostrando tonos naranja, rojo y ocre. Construido entre 1664 y 1667 para financiar la mezquita Yeni, todavía hoy los vendedores ofrecen muestras gratis y negocian 'a ojo' con cucharas y balanzas antiguas, una escena que parece sacada de otro siglo.
