クイックファクト: ドイツ人薬剤師のギジェルモ・ユンゲは1902年にこのアレルセ材の家を手作業で建て、彼の家族はここで60年間暮らした。1982年に火災で内部が焼失したが、地元のボランティアが文化センターとして再建し、現在は企画展や工芸ワークショップを開催している。
見どころ: コバルトブルーの高山風景が描かれた手描きのオリジナル・カッヘルオーフェン（陶器製ストーブ）が、今も毎冬メインサロンを暖めている。二階では、低い木の扉を開けると屋根裏部屋があり、家族のブレーメン製の運搬用チェストが、鉄の錠が今もパチンと閉まる状態で、完全に無傷のまま残っている。
