クイックファクト: 25以上の歴史的建造物がフュン島各地からこの地に移築され、それぞれ慎重に解体され、部品ごとに再組み立てられました。馬やヤギ、ニワトリなどの家畜が敷地内を歩き回り、スタッフは19世紀の伝統的な衣装を身につけ、その時代にふさわしい家事を行います。
見どころ: 1850年代の農家のダイニングテーブルを囲んで、ボランティアはいまも1800年代のレシピを使い、暖炉の開いた炉で調理を行い、部屋を薪の煙とライ麦粥の香りで満たしています。タイミングよく訪れれば、熱々の燻製シチューを鉄鍋からそのまま味わうことができます。それはガラスのショーケースでは決してかなわない体験です。
