概要
クイックファクト: 岩だらけで緑豊かな斜面を登ると、川や瓦屋根のパッチワークを見渡す広大なパノラマが広がり、夕暮れの光が像やドームを銅色のシルエットに変えます。頂上には石の要塞がそびえ、その古い砲台や狭い歩道が平和な展望台と意外な戦時のこだまをピクニックスポットや野花の中に織りなしています。
見どころ: 1854年にハプスブルク家によって築かれた要塞が頂上にあり、その砲台や低い石の壁には第二次世界大戦の焼け焦げた破片の跡が残っています。錆びた射撃口のそばに身をかがめると、街の喧騒がほぼ聞こえてくるようです。夕暮れには地元のカップルや学生たちが登り、川と街の灯が輝く様子を眺め、小さな思い出の品やメモを隙間にそっと置いていく変わった伝統があります。時にはコンサートチケットやキャンディの包み紙が詰め込まれることもあります。

- 丈夫な靴を履くこと。坂道は急で、一部は路面が不安定。
- 午前9時前か午後5時以降に登ると、団体客を避けて写真スポットを確保しやすい。
- 最高の撮影アングルは、自由の女神像の横から国会議事堂を望む場所と、ドナウ川に面したシタデルの城壁沿い。
