クイックファクト: 小さな石造りのホール群で、1878年の夏、47の異なる都市から最大300人の代表者が集まり、アルバニアの自治の計画を練った。建物は最初マドラサとして機能し、当初の会合室は当時のまま保存されている。
見どころ: 最も趣深い瞬間は一番奥の石造りホールで訪れる。木製のベンチは1878年当時と同じ輪に並んだままで、磨耗したテーブルの表面に手を滑らせることができる。隅には当初の旗と、会合の合間にやり取りされたオリジナルの電報が掛けられており、ガラス越しに間近で手書きの文字を読むことができる。
