クイックファクト: 1912年製のオリジナル電気車両9両が今も35キロメートルの線路を走っており、ヨーロッパで最も古くから継続して運行されている電気鉄道のひとつとなっている。この路線はハイ・タトラを縫うように走りながら標高430メートルを登り、この地域に点在するリゾートや湖をつなぐ18の駅を通る。
