概要
クイックファクト: 黒い火山岩が、波が砕けるたびに満たされる海水プールのネットワークを囲んでいる。ここからフェリーで50分でグラン・カナリアからテネリフェへと渡ることができ、交通の要所でありながら海辺の隠れ家としても機能している。
見どころ: 2005年の熱帯ストーム・デルタによって有名な「神の指」の岩柱が折れたが、浸食により同じ海食柱から新しい指がゆっくりと形作られている。地元の泳ぎ手たちは早朝に集まり、昼前の混雑が始まる前に自然の溶岩プール沿いの最高の場所を確保する。

- ゴム底のウォーターシューズを着用すること。溶岩の岩肌はカミソリのように鋭く、濡れると滑りやすい。
- 最も西側のプールが一番深くて冷たい。満潮時には地元の人々が岩から飛び込んでスリルを楽しんでいる。
- プールサイドのカフェは避けて、丘を2分ほど上がったメイン広場に行けば、半額でより美味しいコーヒーが飲める。
- 週末は午前9時までに到着して、プールの間にある滑らかな溶岩の棚にタオルを置く場所を確保しよう。
