見どころ: ハブーゴ産のイベリコ豚を扱うハム売り場を探そう。売り手が紙のように薄くスライスするのを見て、空気に漂うナッツのような油の香りを嗅ぐことができる。ステンドグラスのドームを見上げると、オレンジとオルチャータを描いた彩色タイルが見える。鮮やかな色彩と近くの露店からの柑橘系の香りが、曇りの朝でもこの場所全体を日差し降り注ぐように感じさせる。
