見どころ: ワット・シーチュムの狭いモンドップの中に入ると、高さ11メートルのプラ・アチャナ仏と対面します。そこで読経の声が石壁に響き渡り、仏像の顔が出入り口をほぼ埋め尽くします。ワット・マハタートでは、夜明けに金色とオレンジ色の光が蓮池を照らし、何百もの蓮の葉が崩れかけのチェディのそばを漂い、劇的な反射と写真撮影の絶好のシーンを作り出します。
