概要

見どころ: 城の芝生の地下深くには、1878年まで使用されていたビクトリア朝時代の刑務所があり、囚人たちは毎朝健康状態を確認するために箱に乗って体重を測ることができた。刑務所の礼拝堂には今もなお、囚人同士が顔を合わせずに説教を聞けるよう告解室のように設計されたオリジナルの個別席が残っており、イングランドに現存する二例のみのうちの一つである。
