クイックファクト: クラブの建設に使われた10,000個のレンガは、リバプールの18世紀の崩壊した建物から回収されたものです。ビートルズは1961年から1963年の間にここで292回演奏し、最初のランチタイム・ギグにはわずか18人が集まりました。
見どころ: 入り口のオリジナルのレンガのアーチ道には、1960年代に音楽ファンのベルトバックルがつけた擦り傷が今も残っており、長年の行列で摩耗しています。地下の窮屈なステージエリアは低い天井と狭い寸法をそのまま維持しており、ミュージシャンはビートルズが演奏したのと同じ1.2メートルの高さの中で演奏せざるを得ません。
