見どころ: 夜には塔のライトが色を変え、祝日や特別なイベント、さらには地元のスポーツチームの応援まで行います。2012年に設置されたLEDシステムにより、1600万以上の組み合わせが可能です。大恐慌時代には、1931年完成直後に長く空室だったことから「空っぽの州ビル」と呼ばれていましたが、現在では賑わう象徴的存在としての対照をなしています。
