概要
クイックファクト: 暖かな風が線香の香りと祈りのささやきを運び、狭い石段を抜けて、影の洞窟や、劇的な光の筋が差し込む大聖堂のような鍾乳洞へと導く。五つの大理石と石灰岩の峰は伝統的な五行に対応しており、地元の彫刻家たちは今も丘陵の麓の野外工房で、採石場から切り出した石に繊細な像を刻んでいる。
見どころ: 五つの大理石と石灰岩の峰は五行、キム、モク、トゥイ、ホア、トーにちなんで名付けられている。ある洞窟の中では、17世紀の寺院が風化した仏像と、低い鐘の音を肋骨で感じることのできる鐘を秘めている。近くの村の工房では石工が今も手彫りの彫刻を制作しており、一枚の像に200時間以上かけることもあり、2メートルの像は水で磨かれて鏡のような仕上がりとなる。湿った空気の中に石粉とエンジンオイルの匂いが漂っている。
