Budgettips

Over

Korte feiten: This ancient street, about 550 meters long, has been bustling for over a thousand years. Red lanterns and all kinds of signboards hang on both sides, and the air is always filled with the aroma of spicy flavors and the sweet scent of sugar-oil balls. There is a Zhang Fei beef shop on the street where staff members dress up as the fierce general Zhang Fei from the Three Kingdoms period, shouting to attract customers, making it the most photogenic spot on the entire street.

Hoogtepunten: Jinli at night is even more enchanting than during the day. Orange lanterns light up one by one, turning the entire ancient street into a flowing river of red light. The most thrilling part is the Sichuan opera face-changing performance at the street corner. The performer changes masks in an instant just steps away, so fast that the naked eye can barely keep up, and the audience gasps in unison every time.

Insidertips
