Hoogtepunten: Al sinds 1885 is er onafgebroken eucharistische aanbidding, een zachte gloed van kaarsen en de geur van wierook die door de marmeren koepel resoneert. Boven het altaar prijkt een mozaïek van 475 vierkante meter met Christus in majesteit, duizenden goudkleurige steentjes die bij zonlicht als een vlam van zacht licht flikkeren.
