Korte feiten: Het Lukiškių-plein is het grootste openbare plein van Vilnius, met een oppervlakte van 4,4 hectare in het stadscentrum. De omliggende straten herbergen een mix van sovjetarchitectuur, moderne ambassades en de indrukwekkende Kerk van Sint-Jacobus en Sint-Filippus.
