Hoogtepunten: Ga naar beneden naar de vlees- en zuivelafdeling waar een dozijn verkopers kwarkkaas genaamd varškė verkopen, nog warm en in doek gewikkeld recht van de boerderij. De zoute, pittige geur van gefermenteerde komkommers en zuurkoolvaten overvalt je nog voordat je de kelder bereikt.
