Het museum volgt de ontwikkeling van de drank van precolumbiaanse fermentatietechnieken tot moderne distillatiemethoden die in 5 producerende regio's worden gebruikt.
Hoogtepunten: Een werkende koperen ketel uit 1890 staat in het midden van de centrale hal, nog steeds gebruikt voor weekenddemonstraties die de kamer vullen met zoete druivenstoom. Bezoekers kunnen hun eigen glazen flessen in was dopen om een eigen mengsel te verzegelen dat ze maken van drie verschillende single-variety pisco's bij het mengstation.
