Meer dan 2.000 zonnepanelen bedekken het dak en voorzien het gebouw van stroom voor de dagelijkse activiteiten, terwijl de CO2-voetafdruk aanzienlijk wordt verminderd.
Hoogtepunten: 's Nachts pulseert het gebouw met programmeerbare LED-lampen die door kleuren en patronen verschuiven en veranderen in een gloeiende lantaarn boven de stad. Omwonenden verzamelen zich op nabijgelegen heuvels om naar de lichtshows te kijken, die soms synchroon lopen met nationale feestdagen of grote evenementen die binnen plaatsvinden.
