Korte feiten: Het park strekt zich uit over 45 hectare en is de thuisbasis van meer dan 200 vogelsoorten, waaronder de zeldzame lannervalk. In het midden van het park ligt een kunstmatig meer, dat in de jaren 80 werd aangelegd en dient als belangrijkste plek voor vogelobservatie.
Hoogtepunten: 's Avonds kunt u hier de ongelooflijke vlucht van miljoenen vogels ervaren die zich 's nachts terugtrekken op het eilandje midden in het meer. De zon gaat onder achter de acacia's en de lucht vult zich met getjilp en geruis van vleugels, wat een bijna magische sfeer creëert.

- Bring binoculars with you; birdwatching from the observation tower by the lake is best in the late afternoon.
- The best photos are taken at sunset from the bridge over the lake, when the sky turns orange.
- Avoid weekends, when the park is full of local families and children shouting on the lawns.
