Fatos rápidos: Abrangendo mais de 600 hectares de floresta protegida de cedro e carvalho, este vale está situado a uma altitude de 1.650 metros no Médio Atlas. Javalis, macacos Barbary e mais de 30 espécies de aves vagam livremente pelos riachos e prados.
Destaques: A cada primavera, o fundo do vale explode com milhares de orquídeas selvagens de mais de 15 espécies diferentes, algumas tão raras que não crescem em nenhum outro lugar do Norte da África. Pastores locais ainda conduzem seus rebanhos por trilhas antigas aqui, seus sinos ecoando contra os penhascos, assim como fazem há séculos.
