Краткие факты: Одна из 16 чилоэских деревянных церквей, внесённых в список Всемирного наследия ЮНЕСКО, этот бревенчатый молитвенный дом своим фасадом подражает собору Сантьяго. Здание целиком соединено деревянными шкантами без единого гвоздя, а его стены, обшитые гонтом, выкрашены в ярко-жёлтый цвет с фиолетовыми акцентами.
Основные моменты: Массивные наружные деревянные контрфорсы с нескольких сторон поддерживают высокую башню так, словно птица опирается на землю крыльями. Прикоснувшись к стенам пальцами, чувствуешь шероховатость гонта, отшлифованного веками, а внутри витает запах смолы и истории.
