Краткие факты: Широкая аллея с чередой неоклассических и модерновых фасадов манит шумом уличных кафе и витрин, где запах кофе смешивается с гулом трамваев. Протяжённость свыше 700 метров превращает прогулку в мини-марафон, часто сопровождаемый уличными музыкантами, митингами и массовыми празднованиями.
Основные моменты: Над длинным бульваром длиной 750 метров возвышается конная бронзовая скульптура, созданная Йозефом Вацлавом Мысльбеком и окончательно установленная в 1924 году, её потёртый блеск там, где прохожие касаются лошади, заметен даже издали после дождя. В день 17 ноября и в годовщины 1989 года место превращается в живую сцену: на ступенях собираются люди, поют пронзительные песни и ставят свечи в ряды, вспоминая, что в те события здесь собиралось до 200 тысяч человек во время Бархатной революции.
