Poudarki: Step up to the tiny seafood bar tucked in the back corner, where the owner shucks oysters to order while pouring ice-cold local white wine. Only locals know to arrive before noon to snag one of the four stools and watch the daily parade of grandmothers bargaining for the best catch.
