Visit in the late afternoon between 3:00-4:00 PM when sunlight streams through the stained glass windows and creates a colorful light effect on the marble floor. Sunday morning is also special because the bells are still rung for mass at 7:00 AM.

حقائق سريعة: هذه الكنيسة التي بُنيت في القرن التاسع عشر هي واحدة من أقدم كنائس الحجر الجيري في جامايكا. يرتفع برج الأجراس فيها 28 متراً فوق المدينة، بينما يعرض داخلها سقفاً خشبياً أصلياً ومقاعد من خشب الماهوغاني يزيد عمرها على 150 عاماً.
النقاط البارزة: خلف البوابة الحديدية المطروقة الثقيلة، تختبئ نوافذ زجاجية ملونة نادرة صنعت في إنجلترا في ثمانينيات القرن التاسع عشر وتصور مشاهد من الكتاب المقدس بألوان زرقاء كوبالتية وحمراء رمانية تتوهج عندما تضيئها شمس العصرية. أرضيتها الرخامية السوداء والبيضاء بنمط المربعات ما زالت أصلية منذ أول تركيب، وكل خدش على سطحها يحمل أثر آلاف الخطوات للمصلين عبر ستة أجيال.

- Sit on the third row bench from the front to get the best viewpoint of the stained glass windows without obstruction from wooden pillars.
- Visit on a regular weekday for a calmer experience because weekends often have wedding or baptism ceremonies.
- Ask the church caretaker for permission to see the bell room on the upper floor; the view of the Black River city rooftops from the top of the church is quite interesting.
