Hami Grand Bazaar
Mejor época para visitar
Go mid-morning on a weekday, around 10:00 to 11:00 AM, when the stalls are fully open but the lunch crowd has not arrived yet. October is ideal for melon season, when the Hami melons are at their sweetest peak.
Consejos para el presupuesto
Entry is free, and there is no ticket or pass required. Carry small bills and expect to haggle at least 30 percent below the first asking price, and buy dried fruit in bulk to get per-kilo discounts.

- Wear closed-toe shoes because the food stalls spill oil and juice onto the stone walkways.
- The best photo spot is the rooftop terrace by the copper craftsman's stall, especially at golden hour.
- Skip the tourist-facing souvenir stalls near the main entrance and head two lanes deeper for authentic goods at half the price.
- Bring a refillable water bottle and refill at the free drinking fountains near the restrooms.
