Destacados: Los visitantes pueden degustar el premiado pisco de Tacama junto a un olivo de 400 años que ha presenciado cada cosecha desde la época colonial. La bodega aún fermenta algunos de sus vinos en enormes ánforas de barro enterradas bajo tierra, una técnica heredada de los viticultores indígenas que le da al vino un acabado distintivamente terroso y mineral.
