त्वरित तथ्य: इतना बड़ा कि भारत के सबसे चौड़े झरनों में गिना जा सकता है, यह जलप्रपात कैमूर की चट्टान के चेहरे पर लगभग 198 मीटर तक फैला है। स्रोत नदी शुष्क मौसम में भी लगातार बहती है, फिर भी मानसून की बारिशें धार को कई गुना बढ़ा देती हैं और नीचे के अर्धवृत्ताकार गड्ढे को गूँजते, धुंध से भरे कटोरे में बदल देती हैं।
मुख्य आकर्षण: खड़ी पत्थर की सीढ़ियों से नीचे उतरें और आप एक प्राकृतिक घोड़े की नाल के आकार की गुफा के तल पर पहुँचते हैं जहाँ पानी आपके चारों ओर लहराता है। मानसून के बाद की सुबहों में, उठती हुई फुहार सूरज की रोशनी पकड़ती है और जल कुंड के पार एक पूरा दोहरा इंद्रधनुष बिखेर देती है, ऐसा कुछ जो अधिकतर आगंतुक चूक जाते हैं क्योंकि वे ऊपर के दृश्य बिंदु पर ही रुक जाते हैं।
