見どころ: ベルニーニの「アポロとダフネ」は、変身の一瞬を閉じ込めており、髪、指、月桂樹の葉が非常に繊細に彫られているため、光の下で肌と樹皮の違いをほとんど感じ取ることができます。枢機卿シピオーネ・ボルゲーゼが自ら多くの作品を収集し、元のサロン風のレイアウトは今でも訪問者が傑作から約2メートル以内に立つことを可能にしており、工具の跡や筆致を間近で観察できます。
