見どころ: 静かな中庭の奥には、1442年から1779年までの科举合格者の名前が刻まれた82基の石碑が、彫刻された亀の台座の上に立っている。滑らかな表面は何世紀もの煤と苔で黒ずんでいる。毎旧正月になると、書家たちが正面の階段に店を出し、緊張した学生や卒業生のために赤い紙に一文字の願い事を書く。黒インクの鋭い香りが漂い、家族はその紙切れを合格祈願として財布にしまう。
