Korte feiten: The marina has over 400 berths for yachts up to 40 meters in length, making it one of the largest on the Adriatic. The sailing season here begins in March and lasts until November, and every year over 10,000 sailors from around the world pass through it.
Hoogtepunten: At night, the quay turns into a natural stage where the lights from the yachts create a fireworks of colors on the water, and the cries of seagulls echo among the masts. Every morning at 6 a.m., local fishermen bring their fresh catch directly to the pier, so the smell of the sea and fresh fish wakes the entire marina before dawn.

- Bring your camera at dawn, when the sun rises behind the masts and creates magical shadows on the water.
- Sit at the cafe "Luka" right on the quay, it is great for watching the yachts while you drink a cappuccino.
- If you want to see what a real yacht looks like up close, come during the Umag Cup regatta in mid-May.
- Skip the midday heat in July, the marina is then crowded and hottest, it is better to come in the evening.
