Wandel onder het paleis door en je vindt een koele, echoënde netwerk van middeleeuwse kelders en grotten die als wijnopslag en schuilplaatsen in oorlogstijd werden gebruikt, waar straatmuzikanten soms viool spelen zodat de stenen letterlijk terugantwoord geven.
