4.0Visited at 7:30pm on a Friday and it was packed, but the scramble is iconic. Paid small cover for a rooftop view and it was worth every yen.
Came at 8am and it was empty, great for photos. Crossing itself is quick and not as special as the hype, but free and super easy to reach.
