Snabba fakta: Marina raspolaže sa više od 400 vezova za jahte dužine do 40 metara, što je čini jednom od najvećih na Jadranu. Sezona jedrenja ovde počinje u martu i traje sve do novembra, a svake godine kroz nju prođe preko 10.000 nautičara iz celog sveta.
Höjdpunkter: Noću se kej pretvara u prirodnu pozornicu gde svetla sa jahti stvaraju vatromet boja na vodi, a vrisak galebova odzvanja između jarbola. Lokalni ribari svakog jutra u 6 sati donose svež ulov direktno na gat, pa miris mora i sveže ribe budi celu marinu pre zore.

- Bring your camera at dawn, when the sun rises behind the masts and creates magical shadows on the water.
- Sit at the cafe "Luka" right on the quay, it is great for watching the yachts while you drink a cappuccino.
- If you want to see what a real yacht looks like up close, come during the Umag Cup regatta in mid-May.
- Skip the midday heat in July, the marina is then crowded and hottest, it is better to come in the evening.
