حقائق سريعة: يمتد هذا الجسر الحجري ذو الأقواس السبعة بطول 129 متراً عبر نهر أوسوم، ويربط البلدة القديمة بحي غوريتسا. وقد تآكل سطحه الجيري بسبب المشاة على مر القرون، ولا يزال المعبر الرئيسي للمشاة في بيرات.
النقاط البارزة: يبلغ عرض أكبر قوس في الجسر حوالي 13 متراً، وهو إنجاز هندسي جاد لتلك الحقبة، ويقول السكان المحليون إن انحناءه الطفيف كان مقصوداً حتى تتمكن قوافل البغال من الحفاظ على توازنها على الحجر الرطب. في أمسيات الصيف، يضيء الجسر بأكمله بأضواء دافئة تنعكس في نهر أوسوم بالأسفل، مما يجعل الماء يتوهج بلون كهرماني حتى الضفة البعيدة.

- Wear grippy shoes, the limestone surface gets slick after rain or early morning dew.
- Photograph the bridge from the riverbank below on the Gorica side for the classic seven-arch reflection shot.
- Pause at the middle arch and look upstream, you can see the Ottoman houses stacked on both hillsides.
- Come back after 9 pm when tour groups are gone and the lights make the bridge feel almost private.
