حقائق سريعة: يقع حي غوريتسا على الضفة المقابلة لنهر أوسوم من حي مانغاليم التاريخي في بيرات، متصلاً به عبر جسر حجري من عام 1780 نجا من الحقبة الشيوعية. تتسلق أشجار الزيتون والبيوت العثمانية البيضاء التل هنا، ويقدم الحي بعضاً من أفضل المناظر البانورامية لبيوت بيرات الشهيرة ذات النوافذ البيضاء عبر الماء.
النقاط البارزة: جسر غوريتسا، الذي بُني عام 1780 بسبعة أقواس حجرية، له قصة خفية: فقد فُجر وسطه خلال الحرب العالمية الثانية لوقف تقدم القوات الألمانية ثم أُعيد بناؤه بعناية فائقة بالأحجار الأصلية. من الجسر عند الساعة الذهبية، يمكنك مشاهدة المدينة البيضاء بأكملها في بيرات تنعكس في نهر أوسوم بينما لا يزال الرعاة يعبرون بقطعانهم.

- Wear comfortable shoes with good grip, the cobblestone streets get slippery when wet and climb steeply.
- Bring a camera for the bridge at blue hour, the reflections in the Osum River are spectacular but the light fades fast.
- Cross the main bridge early in the morning to catch it empty before tour groups arrive around 10 AM.
- Look for the small trail near the Gorica quarter's upper church for a viewpoint that few visitors find.
