Rychlá fakta: Se 70 kupolemi a deseti minarety je tato mešita jedinečná v celém Bangladéši. Je postavena z terakoty a ručně vyráběných cihel, přičemž každá kupole má jiný ozdobný motiv.
Zajímavosti: Když se postavíte pod centrální kupoli a podíváte se nahoru, uvidíte, že žádná ze 70 kupolí není stejná: každá má svůj geometrický vzor nakreslený rukou. Místní mistři vetkali přes 25 různých islámských motivů přímo do cihel, bez použití jediné barvy.
