Hospodářská zvířata jako koně, kozy a slepice se volně pohybují po areálu a personál nosí tradiční kostýmy z 19. století a vykonává domácí práce odpovídající dané době.
Zajímavosti: U jídelního stolu ve farmářském domě z 50. let 19. století dobrovolníci stále vaří na otevřeném ohništi podle receptů z 19. století a zaplňují místnost vůní dřevěného kouře a žitné kaše.
