Rychlá fakta: Z odpadního skla, prázdných flašek a starých oken se zde denně bléhá nové barevné sklo v otevřených pecích, které mají 1 100 stupňů. Ateliér funguje čistě na ruční robocie a ročně předělá tisíce kilogramů recyklovaného skla na vazy, bižutérie a skulptury.
Zajímavosti: Každá barva v tomto ateliéru vzniká z vlastného tajného receptu a jeden ze sklářů už léta odmítá dělit svou formuli pro přesné modro afrického nebí. Okolo polednja se ptejte na žhavě horkou skulpturu, která se ještě s rukou skláře musí vysušit, protože otisk zůstává navždy viditelný ve skle.

- Stop by the furnace around 3:00 PM to see the daily dismantling ritual when the glassblowers close out their workday.
- Buy directly at the workshop and not at the souvenir shops along the road, where the price is often twice as high.
- Don't go straight to the showroom, first check out the furnaces and the work tables where you can see the glass being created live.
